The Best Recipe EVER!!!

Spinach and Artichoke Dip-New York style
2 jars (6 oz.) marinated artichokes (chopped)
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together and place in square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 min. Serve with crackers, baguettes, or chips. Serves 6

This stuff is to DIE for! If you have ever had the dip at Olive Garden, it tastes exactly like theirs. Thought I would share!

Combined days-15 and 16

I am combining days today since I haven't written recently enough. Plus, i am bored so I need to make more of this. Ok so the subjects are Day 15 – Something you don’t leave the house without. Day 16 – Your celebrity crush.
I can't leave home without my cell phone (in case the kids need me or if I need help in some way), my keys and my Ipod. Oh and money, that is important. haha! My celebrity crush would be Gerard Butler. HE. IS. HOT!!!! And as a bonus, he can sing!! YUM!

Day 14 – A TV show you’re currently addicted to.

This one is easy. My favorite show above all others is Vampire Diaries!!! LOVE IT! There is not a Thursday that I miss it..............unless it's a rerun or the season is over for the year. (I have even skipped parent teacher conferences for it) haha. Don't worry, Marty went in my place. ;) When it is not Vampire Diaries night, I love watching Human Target, House, Bones, American Idol, Kitchen nightmares, Hells Kitchen, Lie to me, and Raising Hope. (Obsessed with FOX much?? I think so!)

Day 13 – Your favorite musician and why?

I am skipping day 12 cuz it wants a pic of the place i grew up in and seriously I have no idea where to get a picture of Lindon, so you get this instead haha! Ok my favorite musician is Carrie Underwood. I idolize her. Hands down!!! She is living the life i have ALWAYS dreamed of living! I literally want to BE her. She is not shallow and actually cares about her image instead of throwing it away like most musicians. She is a good person and her voice and music are the most beautiful things ever!
